Nectar

IMG_7632

I have always wanted to take macro shots of a honey bee extracting nectar from a flower. I made quite a number of photographs of that subject alone because the bee kept on flying away. So I ended up with a collection of blurry bee photos and two good photos. Patience, indeed, is virtue.

  1. thanks for visiting my blog and taking time to comment. I love the bee and the bright yellow flower. I too have spent many many frames trying to get the bee, or the hummingbird, or the dragonfly, they are fascinating and beautiful creatures. The effort not always rewarded, but the time trying is so wonderful it is worth it!. keep up the good work
